General Terms & Conditions on Registration

1. By completing the booking form, you are in agreement to the booking instructions on the registration form, Cancellation Policy and the Terms and Conditions for FUGIC
 Registrations is by the completion of the Registration Form.

2. Bookings or changes will not be accepted by telephone.

3. Cancellations must be sent in writing to: mail@ifgic.org.

4. There is no refund for non-attendance.

5. All fees/rates are quoted in Euro €, all bank transfer fees/charges are the responsibility of the delegate.

6. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the details submitted on their status and financial and payment arrangements are correct.

7. No booking can be confirmed until all relevant payments are received in full.

The organizers reserve the right to alter any of the program or other arrangements for this conference, including cancellation or postponement of the event, should unforeseen circumstances require it. The organizers accept no responsibility for resulting costs or inconvenience to participants in this case.

9. Participants are requested to have their own travel insurance in place and are responsible for all travel arrangements including visa applications if required.


Cancellation Policy

Registration Fees:
•    Before 31 March 2016 - 75% refund for cancelled registrations
•    Before 30 April 2016 - 50% refund for cancelled registrations
•    After 1 May 2016 - No refund for cancelled registrations
